About :
CodeHunt is an on campus event in which participants need to write code for a given set of problems.The event will mainly focus on the ability of the participants to code problems as quickly as they can. The one who solves maximum number of problems correctly in the allotted time shall be adjudged the winner. Remember that competing against the other participants is only half the challenge; understanding and learning from the problems is a reward in itself! Hope you have fun learning!!!!
Rules :

Online Registration is required to participate in the event

Maximum of two per team are allowed

At most two reference books are allowed duing the event

Participants need not be from the same department and institution

Usage of mobile phones and PDA's are strictly prohibited

Decision of judges will be final and it will be binding to all
Format:

Participants will be asked to write coding for the given problem on Pic C/ Verilog HDL/ MatLab

Program executables will be given, and you will have 30 minutes to wrack your brains/pull out your hair trying to puzzle out the programs!
Judging Parameter:

No of questions attempted correctly.

Each Questions will carry a certain number of points based upon the following criteria.

Attempt at the solution

Accuracy of each solution
-
How much your code meets the required output
-
The program size needed to achieve the solution

The number of errors
-
Originality of the solution
-
Meeting the deadline

Part points for logic alone will also be given for a attempt
